Must be in my chair by appointment time. You will be charged $10 after 10 minutes of initial appointment time. Manicure appointments have a 5 minute grace period. Day of reschedules require another deposit. After 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled. Cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours before appointment, less than 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. Non refundable deposit is required. Only one reschedule per deposit. After one reschedule you will have to put another deposit down. No kids or extra guests allowed
